Did you letter the gun? If so, any other facts about it?

Dog: I haven't really lettered the gun. It does show wear but the action is like butter. At the SWCA annual symposium in Baton Rouge, Roy Jinks was showing my son SAFireman and I how he researced serials. He gratously looked up the number on this gun and showed that it was shipped to Little Rock in 1951. No documents, just demonstration. Roy's show and tell greatly increased my understanding of the lettering process. I have 2 other 38 M&P snubs: a transitional from 1947 and a Detroit PD from early '48.
