PM sent, Thanks for all you suggestions. The screw has 2 different size shoulders, the threads are stripped on the screw only. The offer for a new press for $250 is a decent one but I cant see spending that kind of money for having 1 bad screw.The press has been very reliable and it is solidly built. I had purchased some spare parts some 15 years ago just to keep them hand in case of a breakage in the middle of a reloading session, that screw was not one of them. Again I appreciate all your ideas and suggestions. Thanks
