In the small state that I live in, S.C., they are now issuing CWPs with numbers over 300,000. If you figure all the folks under 21 that can't get one, and the vast majority over 65 that don't want one, and the criminal element that can't get one, that leaves us with about 1 in 8 that can carry legally. That makes criminals in S.C. at least take a second look at who they are going to victimize next. I have been carrying legally since 1976, just like my tag says, everyday.
