I remember a co-worker at my last job (Palo Alto, CA whack-a-doodle) who said what if you can't get to your gun if there is a break-in at our house? I told this noodle-brain that a) I have a few scattered here and there, and a rather belligerent dog, and b) I asked him where is your fire extinguisher kept? In the kitchen? What if you can't get to it? Do you have other ones scattered about? What if someone gets into your house, you gonna dial 911 and wait? Or spray them with the fire extinguisher you left in the kitchen that has expired?
