Probably depends on what you are looking for. I have never used the Hand All but I believe it will add thickness to the grip area.

I have used the Talon grips, on my Shield, Glock 43 and a Glock 19, and love them. I would go with the less textured version because the sandpaper one is pretty rough against the skin/clothes.

The main complaint with them is that they don't stick like they should at times but I have never had that issue with mine.
