Talon Grip is much better in my experience with my Shield 9. It installs easily, stays in place even after many holsterings and range outings in all kinds of weather and provides just the right grip (I got the rubber textured ones, not the granular ones which some say are too rough). I also put them on my M&P Bodyguard 380.
