I'm curious about what instrument you used to measure the bullet diameter that you expressed it in mm rather than inches. And are you sure it is reading correctly? I have a metric 1" (25mm) spindle micrometer, but nothing else metric among my roughly 10 other precision measuring instruments. I know some digital calipers can read out in both inches and mm depending upon the setting selection.
