the talons are great, I have them on my shield but I also have a pachmyr sleeve on it. Once I fattened up the grip a little bit I started shooting
much more accurately. With the Talon rubber underneath it the sleeve moves very little, even after shooting 150 rounds at a time with it.
I EDC a 9C and an XDM 3.9C .45 as well so even with the sleeve on my shield feels paper thin to me compared to my other 2 pieces.
