I don't know about new pistols but less than $500 will get you a rifle these days that will be 1 MOA right out of the box. I bought one for $350, put a good scope on it for $150 and bingo, 1 MOA. Never heard of such a thing.  Howa Mini .223 and Leupold VX1. Looks like mud, shoots like a thousand dollars. |
I was honestly surprised when she called me and told me she was buying a gun. I've had plenty of them times when the glass costs way more than the gun it's self. It tends to usually work out well for some reason.
