Not the best photo I've ever taken, however here is my Mossberg M500 12 GA 5+1 capacity with the factory 18.5 inch cylinder bore barrel, TacStar side saddle, handgaurd and Shockwave Technologies grip.
OAL is 30.75 inches. The new Mossberg Shockwave is 4+1 capacity with a 14 inch barrel and OAL of just under 26 inches.
Since you can buy the grip for $32, is slightly over 4 inches less length and one less round worth a $400 plus new gun? If you don't have a 500, maybe.
