I tried to talk my wife into carrying once. I said here is something to think about for the next couple of weeks, could you kill someone to protect your life. The answer was no, so I got her a can of pepper. I have a model 637 that would be perfect for her, but it sits in the safe with it's sister a new model 60. I have one striker fired pistol, a Ruger Custom LCP. It shoots fine, but it will be the last one I ever buy.
