The 4" 624 is the best shooting one of the 3 lengths made IMHO.
For some reason my 6.5" was just not made well and only shoots one particular load.
The 4" shoots just about everything well if you take into account the huge cylinder throats (up to .433").
The 200 grain Gold Dot is a nice soft plated bullet that bumps up well with 6 grains of Unique or Universal.
The Rainier 240's also have a slightly hollow base and do well in the special.
