Many other things than homicides make places unsafe. Mugging, robbery, theft, rape, stabbings, shootings, and the list goes on. Add all this into the mix that can happen on the Interstates' rest areas or in parks, etcetera.
While I would rather live here than most places in the world, I'll be packing.
