I sold an NIB 3-1/2" 5 years ago "sight unseen" for $3000.00.
When the buyer heard it was complete and NIB he just said ship it to me without even seeing pictures of it. It must have been worth a whole lot more than $3000.00 for him to do that!!!!
I have another 98% 3-1/2" in the box from 1956 with all target options, complete with NOX rust paper, tools and Helpful Hints. I was going to sell it for $3000.00 last month, but I'm raising my price now.
