I've owned close to if not more than 100 various guns since the early 60s with the overwhelming majority being S&W revolvers.Today I bought a revolver with a nickle finish in .44 Special and with an IL.All 3 are firsts for me unless I count a nickle Model 59 that I owned for 30 minutes before trading it away for a snub 686-4
Price was very fair I think so I made the FTF deal
The 4th Edition of the SCSW is very short on 21-4 info.
This nickle 44spl revolver doesn't have a Thunder Ranch serial so it's one of a 2007 vintage?
I don't care about it's value or rarity I'd just like to know if they're better for shooting or staying in the safe.It appears to have had a cylinder full of ammo shot through it but not much more.
No original box came in the deal.
Excuse my fingerprints.
