You cannot change HIS settings, and his settings would have to be set such to send him an e-mail.
The only other idea would be to contact a forum administrator and ask them politely if they could contact him for you.

Thanks for the suggestion, although I've already gone that route.
Lee says he sent him an e-mail.
So far, no response.
This is some cool stuff.
I know the members would appreciate it.
If I don't hear from him before too long, I guess I'll just show the stuff and speculate.
