Any M&P sight will work, but remember the slide is aluminum and not NEAR as forgiving as steel. If the sights are too tight can you can risk damaging your slide, so be sure and use a diamond file to fit the sights if they are too tight. I installed TruGlo fiber optics on my M&P22 without much issue. They are more expensive than the Williams fiber optics but also have a better build quality.
