RSanch111 for suggesting his post was somewhat incorrect. And I thank him for not making me appear to be a complete idiot.
No explanation for my error save the fact we (per policy) always used the term 'inventory' to avoid any suggestion it was other than that...an administrative procedure.
However, please note the post of RSanch111 is absolutely correct.
