I have sciatica. From years of wallet in my back pocket and bending/squatting at work. I'm an hvac mechanic and have to wear a uniform with shirt tucked in. I've switch to a front pocket wallet/money clip per Dr instructions. I've gone thru 50-60 different holsters to find a Good fit for my carry style (IWB) with shirt tucked. I'm happy to report that I've found an iwb that does not cause pain when carrying. RawDog Tactical IWB. It's a hybrid with leather back and kydex front. Very comfortable and is a single wide belt clip. The other thing is my belt. I found a double layered leather belt that supports not only my holster but helps with back also. Just a thought but you might want to also try these things. Jmo.
