The first time it went back it was "fixed", according to the person I communicated with in Customer Service.....even though they did nothing.
The second time I sent it back for a finish issue, and I asked them again to fix the canted barrel. On arrival back home, the finish issue was solved. Barrel still canted....no mention of the request to fix the barrel problem on the repair sheet.
Apparently, some cant is acceptable, at least to the manufacturer. Frankly, I don't understand it.
