Well, I went ahead and picked up a new SD9EV yesterday afternoon. I figured with the $25 rebate, what the heck. Only had a moment to swing into the range late yesterday and put just 20 rounds of Win White box 115 gr thru it. The trigger is of course not as good as my M&P's with the Apex Duty kit, but by golly the trigger isn't bad. Out of the box I was able to put all 20 rounds into a nice 4.5-5 inch group at 12 yards. I have absolutely no doubt that with a little more trigger time, that I can improve on that. I am definitely pleased with this gun. It will become my new truck gun, and my old Hi Point C-9 will be relegated to my plow truck.
