I'm considering getting a SD9VE and have tried the trigger on one in a LGS- after asking of course. It's basically the same as my DA S&W revolvers. Perfectly functional and not too heavy. No, it's not a tuned 1911 trigger, but for a defense weapon I'd prefer it as it is.
