Of course. And there's a big difference between "used & abused" and pristine perfect NIB. In my magazine-hunting travels the other day, I also came upon a Model 469 that looked like it has been dragged behind the proverbial pick-up truck for at least 5 or 6 miles. I had all I could do not to laugh (or cry?) when the salesperson handed it to me. Price tag on it was a mere $275.

So cheaper 2nd Gens are certainly still available outside of PA... but the condition is sometimes a little lacking.
