Question What does S&W do to the Mass Complaint Shield to make the Trigger 10.5 pounds?

anyone know specifically what they do to achieve this?
I have one, and had the trigger done when I first got it , but I was a new shooter and my gunsmith only brought it down to around a 7 pound break. I was ok with this but now I have other pistols with lighter triggers that i shoot much better than my shield and would love to know what they do differently to these?
I have gotten pretty comfortable with poking around the inside of my M&P's and have watched the Apex videos quite a bit, so I have no problem dropping in their Sear, but is that what I need to do?
is the trigger return spring on the Mass compliant gun heavier than the non mass version? My gunsmith polished the internals so the trigger is not gritty and has a nice crisp audible reset, but if I bring it back to him .......what is it that he will do to lighten the pull?
