A friend's early S&W, engraved & pearl but with the small flaw of the topstrap portion broke off & missing --


A later barrel, latch, etc was found to fit. The question was whether to find a barrel & engrave it as a replacement or (my preference) cut off & transplant the top strap. Awaiting decision -- owner likes it as-is ------>
