New or good condition holsters: clear shoe polish as Lobo suggests. YMMV.

I avoid Armorall type products and even the old-timer's favorite: neatsfoot oil. Neatsfoot can get rancid; too many superior modern treatments to use something made from cattle hooves! Again, just my opinion.
