I think I may be confusing here, I am saying I do not get pierced primers with fed primers, which are rumored as soft in this gun. Sorry for the confusion, did not mean to suggest remington used fed primers. Firing pin seems to be fine, shot some of my reloads today, no issues. I have always understood, pierced primers, are a bad thing.
