Unlike moonbat Massachusetts where an altered post-ban hi-cap magazine (altered down to 10-rounds or less) has no exemption in law, regs, AG guidance or case law, I believe that California has long accepted permanently altered post-ban hi-caps as legal. Whether or not that will still stand after the passage of Proposition 63 and implementing regs still under development remains to be seen.
