First what's your intended purpose for it. If I was gonna conceal it I'd go with 3 inch. If not. I'd have it refinished and shoot it. If it's a woods/truck gun maybe just leave it as is. It all depends on what you want it to do. in the end it's your choice. I don't sell any of my guns so resale doesn't matter much to me. But once it's cut. You can't put it back to original. Maybe buy a different barrel. Hmm. Hard choice ain't it.
