Pretty cool Dave!

As I think this thru....from the fixed sight TL 44 spl, the barrel, cyl and yoke were installed in the OD frame. The front of the OD frame was milled for the TL cam plate on the 44 yoke.

If you used the OD side plate which I assume that of course you did, you now have the first ever 44 TL with a late pre war Type 2 side plate mounted hammer block!

I suppose you used the 44 TL action parts and therefore you have the TL short action!
