I bought my Harris bipods (5) in the early 1980's. My bipods are doing much better than I am. Buy quality and you never regret the purchase.

EDIT: When I bought my bipods, Harris was affordable even though they had a new patent that stopped the copy cats. Midsouth and Midway both had frequent sales. I bought 2 of them used from the gun shop where I worked, one as a customer, one as an employee.
