I had a full auto MAC-10 in 9mm with a MAC suppressor. I shot 32 round mags of cast on full auto. And didn't have a leading problem, they were cast wheel weights and sized .357/358. The suppressors are made to be cleaned, by disassembly. However this may require special tool that don.t come with it. My dealer only ever sold one of the required spanned wrenches (to me) and I bought a Ridged strap wrench. I've sold the sub-gun, but kept the suppressor; I've taken it apart several times and only had to use bore cleaner/nitro solvent to get the powder "varnish" off the baffles. On this model they are 3" long spirals, so I soak them in a jar for half an hour while cleaning the firearm. Again, Lead has never been an issue.
