My Speer number 9 reloading manual has a lot of loads for 4759. I use it for 30-06 loads that feel like shooting a .22. I shoot 110 grain plinkers and spire points because they are comparatively cheap. I also use lMR 4895 because it is GREAT for reduced loads.
