First 1911 and I'm impressed. This was the last 100 rounds of the "break-in 500" that I'd read so much about. My copy fired all 500 without any failures (all hand loads). Recoil is ridiculously manageable, making the weapon easy to fire at a decent pace. The factory mags that were included did not give me any issues (I think they are made by Checkmate), and I have two Mec-Gars arriving soon after reading favorable reviews.
