Appreciate the recommendations. I'm running Magtech ammo, which seems to be reliable based on a few recommendations. Specs on the box state 710 fps. Doubletap has a target/self defense load that runs 810fps and might be a good option to at least rule out ammo.

Based on how the round gets wedged at a 45 degree angle to the bore, magazine spring is what I'm thinking but I'll get it out to the range again with the other magazines and see how they do.
