I submitted my rebate claim on 4/11.
The Milano website did not show my claim on the morning of 5/2. I was concerned because S&W's online rebate form had been changed since my submission, adding fields for type of rebate and store information. I emailed S&W on 5/2 and received the
answer quoted above later that day.
My rebate claim did not show up on the Milano website until 5/8.
