I'd start with the load data for the 158gr DEWC. With two bullets of the same type and construction but different weights, the heavier bullet will always take a lighter powder charge, so using the 158gr data with the 148gr bullet will be perfectly safe - especially since the 148's are only about 6% lighter than the 158's.
