I don't know about "perfect", but my Citadel 3.5CS certainly meets my current needs. It:
- is in an effective caliber, .45acp.
- is abundantly accurate at typical engagement ranges.
- reliable enough to trust my life to.
- is short and thin enough to be comfortably carried in a tuckable IWB holster.
- was very reasonably priced from a local big box chain.
