I have two SW9VE pistols, not the same as the SD9VE...different beast.

It's a durable and reliable service pistol that has shot everything I've sent down the barrel...all without a problem. It's big, ugly, and has no aftermarket to speak of, but it serves it's purpose.

I've had mine for a few years and love it. Mine resides in my nightstand on full time duty, always on the ready. I know without a shadow of a doubt that it is a great tool for self defense. I've had the opportunity on more than a few occasions to trade it in on a better model, but just can't bring myself to do that.
