The SL Variant is the only loader that "pushes" the rounds in using spring power - and good luck finding any of them and if you do, be prepared to give-up your first born.

The others that you mentioned all rely on gravity to get the cartridges into the chambers. Safariland Comp III's are spring powered, but they don't make them for the J-frame.

The fastest and most cost effective of those you list is the Safariland Comp I. The Speed Beez does have individual prongs that push the cartridge in, but at two to three times the cost of the Comp I I'm not sure the difference is worth it - not to mention the retention method for the Speed Beez is not as secure as the Comp I.

Grips - you're on your own. I have Ergo Deltas on my J-frame and things clear fine.
