There is no striker block in the center. From the rear of the gun the striker block is on the right in the slide. The only thing in the center that is affected by the trigger pull is the striker which is released by the sear, in the frame, being moved by the trigger bar loop. If you trigger bar moves to the left before the striker is release you have a problem of some sort.
