Smith and Wesson has been in business for 150 + years. They know how to take care of customers. No one is perfect and I am sure S&W drops the ball sometimes, However for the most part they do a stand up job and are to be commended for their effort. They must get many and many requests for service from nothing wrong to something very complicated. They always seem to do a fantastic job. I have always been happy with the work done by them.
