When people complain about how long things take, I usually keep my mouth shut. But in my head I am thinking "Do you want it done right, or do you want it right now?" Very often, it will either be one or the other. It is great if some companies can do it quickly and still get it right. But if I need to make a choice, I rather wait and have it done right the first time. This is especially true for revolvers, since repairs require a gunsmith, not just a parts swapper.

To the OP, glad to hear that everything was resolved to your satisfaction. That is what I expected from S&W.
