I had a Sako single shot, heavy barrel, bolt rifle in 6 PPC that was extremely accurate. Don't know if it was the gun or caliber but it shot 3/8" to 1/2" groups at 100 yards with any handload I loaded up for it. From the first group it was a tack driver. Like an idiot, I sold it when somebody offered me twice what I paid for it. Of course I regret that now, it should have been a keeper. Anyways, the caliber is really easy to load for and it's low recoil and exceptional accuracy make it a lot of fun to shoot.
