Definitely an Egyptian 7.92mm Mauser cartridge. I have several 50 round boxes having a similar Arabic headstamp. At that time the Egyptians were using the "Hakim" semiautomatic rifle (unlike the FN49), very much like the Swedish AG-42b Ljungman except for the caliber. The Ljungman was in 6.5x55mm. Lots of those rifles and ammunition for them were captured by the Israelis during the 6 days war, and eventually found their way into the international surplus arms trade.
