What is the trigger pull of a 3913?

I can't imagine the double action is any less than 8-10 lbs. Or a model 60 for that matter.

The issue with these triggers is that they are NOT good revolver triggers and the guns are low weight.

I never had any accuracy issues with my S&W revolvers due to trigger weight.
