I have used the Bianchi model and a cheap one. I used the cheap one about three years ago for carrying an M&P 45 under a cumberbund in a tux at a wedding. Big mistake. While I had no mishaps or embarrassing moments, it required periodic adjustment. I haven't used one since. Forbwhat it's worth, I never found the Bianchi all that comfortable either, but used it for running. For your Shield, I'd look for a quality IWB clip like the Spencer Concealment Errand, or the G-Code Incog. The bell band by Crossbreed looked promising, but I haven t been interested enough to try it.
