Back in the day I felt a 1911 and snub as backup was enough to carry the day.
Now since, AISWB, the revolver has become primary for fast access and conceal ability and back-up has become a semi-auto for capacity, either a 3814 w/ 8+1 or the 915 w/17+1 for those days when more is deemed needed.
And these days with gang violence even more prevalent going "heavy" is an appealing option if in Injun territory (
places I try to avoid).
Living in the 'Burg Bam Bam you know there are neighborhoods that could be dangerous.
