They were police trade ins. From what I was told, they came from a college university and upon doing research on the university, it looks like they have a small security team that consists of 8 guys, probably retired LE. When I looked at pictures, none of them were armed, so I'm guessing they either carried concealed or they only armed their guys for certain occasions, which would answer why they carried the same guns for 30 years.
