yes she lives in far south Texas. Evidently she wants a chl but doesnt want to participate in taking the Texas course because its 4-6 hours long. She's not a stranger to guns by no means but Ive never heard of someone being able to get a CHL in this manner. I got mine years ago in Texas the old fashioned way.
